Important Information

How to Return an Item

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items, without needing to give a reason. After this period, returns can no longer be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unwashed, unworn and in the same condition as you received them, including the original packaging.

To start a return, please email us at info@robinmarenco.com with your order number. Please do not send any items back before contacting us. We will guide you through the process step by step and send you the full return address. Returns are shipped to our return address in China, so please allow extra time for your return to arrive.

Please pack your items securely and ship them with a reliable, trackable carrier. Return shipping costs are at your expense. No restocking fees will be charged.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method used at checkout.

If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us and we will look into it right away.

Exchanges

Would you like a different size or color? Please contact us at info@robinmarenco.com and let us know which items you would like to exchange. We will do our best to find a suitable solution for you.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please email us at info@robinmarenco.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled, but you can still return it as described above.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please take clear photos and send them to info@robinmarenco.com together with your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly, at no extra cost to you, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
